Terms of Service

The service

NOD is provided by [legal name of the operator], [registered address], contact [support email]. NOD is in a private pilot: features may change, and the in-app Pilot Terms also apply while the pilot runs.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us about any unauthorised use. Workspace founders control who joins their workspace and what each member can see. You must be old enough to use NOD under the sign-up age check.

Your data

You keep ownership of the content you bring to NOD. You allow NOD to process it only to provide the service to your workspace, as described in the Privacy Policy. NOD does not use your content to train AI models. You confirm you have the right to connect each source you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use NOD to break the law, send spam, access others' data without permission, probe or overload the service, or work around plan limits or security controls.

AI output

NOD uses AI to extract tasks, deadlines and summaries. Results can be incomplete or wrong. Check important items before relying on them.

Paid plans

Prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in the Billing & Refund Policy and shown again before every purchase.

Ending the service

You can stop using NOD and request deletion at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NOD is provided as available, and the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or workflow disruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Changes and law

We version these terms and ask you to accept material changes in NOD before they apply to you. These terms are governed by [governing law and courts], without removing protections you have under the law where you live.
